In the maze of the Kwun Tong factory building lies a hidden café—Cobber Noodle and Waffle.
The restaurant's layout is full of a literary and artistic vibe, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Although many praise its crispy waffles, the pasta, pizza, risotto, and various appetizers are equally noteworthy.
Among them, the fried squid served with a unique wasabi sauce is crispy and delicious; the sea urchin pasta is luxurious, enhanced by a spoonful of caviar that deepens the seafood's flavor; and the perfect pairing of cheese mash and scallops is both fragrant and creamy, leaving one pleasantly surprised.
The array of crushed ice drinks is also dazzling, with the peach yogurt parfait striking a perfect balance to refresh the palate and enhance the main dishes. Finally, the experience culminates with a Japanese melon coconut ice cream waffle, where the fragrance of tea intertwines with the sweetness of fresh fruit, evoking a smile from within.
